Weekly vs 2004 Status
Each Monday I will look back and see how the Pirates are doing in comparison to last year in wins vs losses and calendar date in compairison to wins. Just thought it would be interesting to track this as the season progresses.
The Pirates as of Monday Afternoon are 36 games into the season:
17 - 19 = Current W-L at this point
17 - 19 = W -L at this point in 2004
Date that it took to reach number of wins in 2004: May 16th
Yes you read that right we at 36 games in are equal to last year's record at this point, the win number on the 16th was with 18 losses it took the Pirates untill the 19th last year to get 36 games in due to the high number of rain outs in April and May.
