Plans Final for new Ballpark

The Penn State Board of Trustees on Friday gave approval to the final plans for the new ballpark to be built on campus that will be used by both the University and also a new short season A minor leage team to be owned by the Altoona Curve.

The team is more then likely going to play in the NY-Penn leage and one would think if owned by the Curve would then become the Pirates Short-A affilate as well.
